ClockShark allows many different file types to be uploaded, downloaded, on viewed on our website and mobile app!
As an employee or admin with ClockShark, you can attach many different types of files directly to your timesheets or directly to a job. This helps admins and employees alike view the progress of a job with pictures, share receipts, excel files, and more!
So what kinds of files can you attach? Here is the list of what we allow:
Supported File Types
txt, rtf, rtx, png, jpeg, jpg, pjpeg, bmp, pdf, dwg, gif, ppm, uvh, uvm, uvu, uvp, uvs, uvv, m4v, mj2, mpeg, mp4, eml, fbs, ics, vcs, vcf, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, doc, docx, onetoc, zip, heif/heic, csv, Excel97-2003 (old .xls), mov, ods, wav, tiff
Unsupported File Types
exe, tsv, html, any others not listed.
Also note that while you can add an unlimited number of attachments, we do have a 25MB size limit for each attachment.
