How to Lock ClockShark Kiosk on Your Apple Device
Locking the ClockShark Kiosk app secures shared devices by preventing access to other apps and device settings. It helps protect company data and reduces IT support needs. This setting keeps devices focused and improves efficiency during team operations

Set up Guided Access
To set up Guided Access on your Apple device:
- Open Settings.
- Tap General > Accessibility.
- Under the Learning section, tap Guided Access and toggle the switch ON.
- Tap Passcode Settings, then tap Set Guided Access Passcode to create a passcode.
- If you already use Touch ID to unlock your device, you can enable it for Guided Access by turning on the Touch ID.
- In the Passcode Settings, you can also enable Face ID based on your preference.
- Switch Accessibility Shortcut to On. This allows you to press the side button three times to quickly enter or exit Guided Access mode.

Enable Guided Access for ClockShark Kiosk
To enable Guided Access:
- Open the ClockShark Kiosk app on your mobile device.
- Triple-click the side button to activate Guided Access.
- Tap Session Settings to customize the options if needed.
- Tap Start in the top-right corner to begin the Guided Access session.

Return the Guided Access session to normal mode
To end the Guided Access session:
- Triple-click the side button on your mobile device.
- Enter your Guided Access passcode.
- Tap End
