How to Add Holidays to Timesheets
Learn how to quickly add holidays to your timesheets and schedules
Holidays in ClockShark are available on the Pro Plan.
Easily add holidays to your employees’ timesheets and schedules directly from the timesheet page.
Add holidays

To add a holiday to a timesheet:
- Go to Time > View.
- Click + Time Off > Holiday.
- Enter the Holiday Name.
- Select a Date.
- Enter Hours Paid.
- Under Employees, you can select employees by Department, Location, or individual Employees using the check boxes.
- Click Add Holiday.
To edit an individual’s holiday hours, click the timesheet entry for that day and employee. Use the pencil icon to edit, change the number of hours for the employee and click Save.
To edit an existing holiday for all employees, from the timesheets, select +Time Off, Holiday, select the date first which will fill the holiday name and selected employees. Edit the name, hours paid, or selected employees, and select Edit Holiday.
