Manage customers, jobs, employees and tasks in the field

Overview

The ClockShark Mobile app allows field users to access existing customers, jobs, employees and tasks that are created in the ClockShark website. Additionally it allows field users to create new customers, jobs and tasks. The Work page provides a handy database of various records that can help field users complete work and find the relevant information in the field.

NOTE: This article relates to the current version of the ClockShark Mobile app, listed as ClockShark Time Tracking on Google Play and the App Store. When you download the app, ensure you are downloading ClockShark Time Tracking, not the legacy version, which is listed under ClockShark Mobile Time Clock. Manage Customers

The ClockShark Mobile app can provide access to your complete customer database. From the Home page tap Work and tap Customers to create a + New Customer or access an existing customer to view Customer Details, Edit Customer or Call Client. Manage Jobs

The ClockShark Mobile app can provide access to a complete history of jobs. From the Home page tap Work and tap Jobs to create a + New Job or access an existing job to view Job Details, Edit Job or Call Client. Learn more in Create Customers, Tasks and Jobs in the ClockShark Mobile app.

Manage Employees

The ClockShark Mobile app can provide access to other Employees. From the Home page tap Work and tap Employees to view Employee Details, Call Employee or Email Employee

Manage Tasks
