Clearing Cache and Cookies on your Web Browser

Learn how to quickly fix login issues on the ClockShark website

If you are having temporary login issues please try clearing your cache and cookies specifically for the ClockShark website. Here are the instructions that are browser specific.

How to clear your ClockShark-specific cache/cookies

Google Chrome

  • Select the Menu in the top right corner (three vertical dots)

  • From the Menu > Settings

  • A new tab will open. On the left, select the Privacy and Security tab

  • From the new menu select Third party cookies

  • Scroll down until you see the See all site data and permissions option

  • A new window will open where you can search for clockshark (lowercase!)

  • After narrowing this selection to ClockShark website cookies - select Delete displayed data

Then make sure to close and reopen your browser!

 

 

 

 

Microsoft Edge

How to clear your ClockShark-specific cache/cookies:

  • Select the Menu in the top right corner (three horizontal dots)

  • From the Menu > Settings

  • A new tab will open. On the left, select the Cookies and site permissions tab

  • Select Manage and delete cookies and site date under the Cookies and Data Stored header

  • Select See all cookies and site data

  • In the Search Cookies field, type clockshark (lowercase!)

  • After narrowing this selection to ClockShark website cookies - select Remove All Shown

Make sure to close and reopen your browser!

 

 

Mozilla Firefox

How to clear your ClockShark-specific cache/cookies:

  • Select the Menu in the top right corner (three horizontal lines)

  • From the Menu > Settings

  • A new tab will open. On the left, select the Privacy & Security tab

  • Scroll down until you see the Cookies and Site Data header

  • Select the Manage Data... button

  • A new window will open where you will be able to search for ClockShark in the search bar

  • After narrowing this selection to ClockShark website cookies - select Remove All Shown

Make sure to close and reopen your browser!

 

Safari

  • From your Mac's home screen, click settings > then click Safari
  • From here, click Clear Cookie and Clear Cache
  • Lastly, click Confirm
