Thanks for the idea, Bruno. We’ll definitely consider this. Up until now, preventing an employee from clocking in because of their location is a little squirrelly for both parties. So we have a created a conservative in-between.

Currently, you can set up Out of Bounds alerts in ClockShark that will alert you if an employee is clocking in/out from outside the GPS Fence. Let me share an article on how to set that up: http://help.clockshark.com/knowledgebase/articles/1135408-using-gps-fence-geofencing

Out of Bounds alerts will make you aware anytime an employee clocks time when they’re not on the jobsite. We’ll keep our eyes on this idea’s feedback to see if that setting needs to be more restrictive. Keep on voting, folks.

There's another thread with the same request that also has 21 votes, I'm going to move my votes there to try to consolidate them, it's called:

adjust clock in time while employee clocked in

        Peter commented  ·

It would be really helpful if anyone who is allowed to edit their times is able to do it while still clocked into the task!

            Ideally:

Having a standard Task-list is awesome, having to set the Job as my Jobsite and Element is not..

Please Allow sub job categories so I can have a JobSite, an Element, and theTask list!
            Thankyou.

The reason this feature is important is that without it, I am not able to submit any reports produced with ClockShark, and I have to manually produce reports and adjust everyone's hours manually.

It's the difference between ClockShark being used for my internal data (Tracking how many hours a project took) vs actually doing my payroll.

Thanks for all the support, folks. To give a quick update: we are still monitoring this idea and its votes to judge when we need to add this for you. Your input is appreciated and it’s all we look at when improving ClockShark, so please keep it coming.

Having our own company logo on the reports is essential.
No one should submit a company report to another company or client without their own logo on it.

I understand that clockshark wants to promote it's brand, but that can be done by having the clockshark logo with the statement "Reporting done by ClockShark TM" or something at the bottom or top right corner, and at least a little smaller than our own company logo.
