Or at least have a set amount of paid break per day, like a paid 30 min if worked for 4 hours.
(Which would avoid totaling the hours and then re-writing data for the programmers.)
I can change my company policy a bit, but I need clockshark to somehow account for paid and unpaid breaks, because either my total hours are short or over the actual hours billed to the client.
Having our own company logo on the reports is essential.
No one should submit a company report to another company or client without their own logo on it.
I understand that clockshark wants to promote it's brand, but that can be done by having the clockshark logo with the statement "Reporting done by ClockShark TM" or something at the bottom or top right corner, and at least a little smaller than our own company logo.
Update: We are working to optimize the admin screens for a good mobile experience through mobile web browsers. This improved mobile administration experience should be available soon!
Update as of 1/18/16 – The Who’s Working Now Screen is currently optimized for mobile viewing, so you can easily see the location of (and who’s clocked in currently) from your smartphone or tablet. To do so, you’d just login to the website as an administrator using the web browser on the mobile device.
We are still working to release mobile-optimized screens to make the rest of the admin experience easily available to you on mobile. Stay tuned!
admin via the app would be much better than still having to go to the web from my cell phone
Having a standard Task-list is awesome, having to set the Job as my Jobsite and Element is not..
Please Allow sub job categories so I can have a JobSite, an Element, and theTask list!
