Add folders for completed work
I do over 1,000 service calls a year, many times for the same customer. I would like to see a way to file the jobs in folders to make finding old jobs and notes easier and more accurate
Thanks for this great idea. We’ll consider ways to mark jobs as completed for a future update. If anyone has further ideas on how to make this feature awesome, please comment.

Allow grouping jobs that are not active in a separate screen so you can view only active jobs.

This is already part of the program. In the jobs section you can make a job active or inactive. If its inactive it doesnt show up for the field to select. This is good, we had a couple instances when an employee logged into a closed job that was not updated to inactive. Take a look and see if this is what you are looking for. Create an archive folder feature that allows a Deactived job to go into an Archive folder, so only Active jobs show up on job list. If a job needed to be made Active, it would have to be made Active from the Archive folder.
