Block employees from clocking in if already clocked in (Crew Clock)
If an employee clocks in, their crew leader can also log them in through Crew Clock which results in double time. If an employee is clocked in, it would be great if they didn't show up on the employee list for clocking in or were otherwise blocked from being clocked in.

I would ask that you make this a preference, perhaps defaulting to preventing people from double clocking in.
A feature that I need is the ability to track the hours a piece of equipment is used. For instance I may have a field worker out for 8 hours, uses a chainsaw for 2 hours, an ATV for 4 and a GPS for 4. The way I handle this in Clockshark is to make a Chainsaw employee, an ATV employee and a GPS employee and put them in the Equipment Group. I then can assign them to jobs and track their hours. It relies on two things within Clockshark
1. An employee can clock in more than once (this issue)
2. An employee can work more than 24 hours in a day. We have dozens of chainsaws and thus we usually are using them more than 24 hours in a day.
The only downside to this approach is that it causes my ClockShark bill to go up, but I consider the software a good value and it is worth the extra cost.

I have this same problem. My employees clock-in to start the day then the foreman will use a crew clock-in about 15 minutes later. This sometimes ends up in double shifts. Even some kind of alert would be helpful that there is a double shift counting.
