Would it be possible to set this up so that when they clock in, on their timesheet page, they can clock right into what they are already scheduled for on their schedule/ calendar?
And what about embedding a map/gps directions using what they're scheduled for as the automatic destination?1 vote
Hello Helen, thanks for the suggestion! You should be happy to hear that this is a frequently requested addition that we are already working on and will be released soon. On the map/directions part, that is already possible if the address for the Job is set in ClockShark.
If an employee clocks in, their crew leader can also log them in through Crew Clock which results in double time. If an employee is clocked in, it would be great if they didn't show up on the employee list for clocking in or were otherwise blocked from being clocked in.6 votes

Now that Sage 100 Contractor has upgraded to a sql platform, it would be great to be able to upload time sheets right to Sage payroll as it does with Quickbooks. I think this would open ClockShark to another large market opportunity also.23 votes

Employees should be able to clock into a job from the Schedule, on the mobile app, instead of having to search for the jobs in the job list. It would save time and it would also decrease the amount of errors of employees clocking into the wrong job.58 votes
Hi everyone, thanks for this suggestion!. It’s one that we are planning to do as soon as possible. So you can expect to see it sometime soon.
1) Let us set a default start and end time since most contractors have a regular start and end time to their work day. This way we don't have to adjust the start and end times for each day we schedule an employee.
You could also allow us to copy and paste a schedule from one day to another and then we can edit it from there if we needed to. This would make it easier to schedule as well.34 votes
Having selectable default start and end times for shifts in the scheduler is an idea that comes up frequently and one that is planned for an upcoming update soon. Thanks for the feedback! Keep it coming.

12/13/16 – update, this one is still planned but has taken a temporary backseat to other improvements.

Hi, this is a feature request that we are already planning to implement in an upcoming release soon.
The administration pages currently are not optimized for mobile viewing. It's often not practical to login from a laptop of desktop so it would be nice to be able to see and edit the guy's times from mobile.195 votes
Quick update, we’re currently working to add administrative functions to the mobile app for you. You should see these released soon! We’re on it. :)
We are adding a lunch break feature to the mobile app and website as we speak. Once this feature is available you will be able to do this.
